Environmental Impact Assessment —Field visits

Our EIA team conduct site visits to assess conditions firsthand — examining soil, drainage and water conditions, tracing existing drains and waterways, and tracking to confirm boundaries and features against site plans.

The team’s focus areas include scheduled waste management and recovery, land development, and industrial projects. Each assessment aims to be thorough and evidence-based, balancing the client’s project needs with the public interest under Malaysia’s environmental framework.

This fieldwork is intended to give developers, regulators and surrounding communities confidence in the assessment before work begins.
